When you set a price alert, we collect your email address and the target price you specify. We use this solely to notify you when a matching price drop occurs.

What we do NOT collect

We do not require an account or login. We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any other sensitive personal data.

We use the following third-party services to operate BikePriceCheck:

• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Neon — database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Affiliate networks (e.g. Awin) — when you click through to a shop, the affiliate network may set cookies to track referrals

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Cookies

BikePriceCheck uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Affiliate links may set third-party cookies when you click through to a shop. These are controlled by the respective affiliate networks and shops.
